~ FareX ~
A mutually beneficial ecosystem of transparent eCommerce. FareX reinvents how shoppers engage, share, and transact with Shopify stores who wish to reach them.

Disrupting the retail industry’s obsolete discount-to-sell, brand-damaging and inefficient models of Amazon, Google and Facebook.

FareX empowers STORES to immediately move any inventories, including close-outs, at full retail price by respecting what shoppers and sellers value. This system creates a common currency between stores/sellers and newly acquired shoppers that is dynamically determined at one specific moment in time.

  • STORES can use a blend of cash+retail price goods for acquiring advertising that improves on Facebook, Google, and Amazon.

  • SHOPPERS use a blend of cash+human currency, based on permissions and engagement, in a “give-to-get” system that improves on the conventional discount-selling model.

  • A PRODUCT SHOWCASE (Shopify “Catalog”) features the STOREs’/sellers’ goods, which would normally be discounted, to a new demographic of highly relevant shoppers. This creates a self-curating catalog of products that drives those new shoppers to stores for fulfillment.

Selling goods at deep discounts to generate cash to buy full-price advertising is inefficient and costly at every level. The cash+goods dynamic ratio for ad buys enables Shopify to control upfront cash margins by retaining ad spending that currently goes to Google and Amazon.

Through this dynamic blend-determined currency system, a basis for new and additional ad buys, accessing Shopify partners' members, is created. This enables stores/sellers/sponsors to grow revenue, drive new shoppers, and maintain price/brand integrity, all while consumers’ willingness to act, share, and transact is distinctly fostered.
How It Works

The FareX system weighs four specific exchange mediums, at one distinct point in time, to make a goods-to-cash ratio offer to the STORE/seller:

  1. Store’s/Seller’s retail goods.

  2. Cash.

  3. Members/shoppers’ permissions to engage, as well as relevant consumer experience and interaction with related products.

  4. Human/Member currency, which comprises Shopify store shopper’s engagement and potential value relative to this one store/seller, at this one point in time.

  5. Store’s/Seller’s retail goods are acquired by a newly distinguished group of shoppers who are willingly accessing the store to redeem.

THE DYNAMIC BLEND: The patent-supported FareX model below assumes that the store/seller has previously been spending $100k in cash for their Amazon and Facebook ad buys. The system dynamically determines the goods-to-cash ratio/blend that enables the store/seller to buy $100k in ad space by liquidating products through an incentivized member redemption/rewards catalog.

RESULT: The offer creates immediate revenue for stores and shopify
As a symbiotic shopper/seller ecosystem, FareX enables welcomed daily Shopify notifications while delivering the richest consumer “reward” system in retail. This system uniquely compensates a new source of shoppers, at no cost to Shopify or marketing partners, as the goods from the blend represent redeemable products at retail price.

The FareX dynamic blend is uniquely driven by a patent-pending algorithm that facilitates the determinations of the store/seller’s ad buys, as shown above. This algorithm specifically illustrates how the variables (“V” within the algorithm) created for Shopify represent distinction and value in the marketplace.

A model of how FareX enables All products to reach new shoppers at full retail

A SHOPIFY Example of the FareX Give-To-Get Marketplace

In this example, Shopify store Gymshark wants to market the new sports shirt style 1501.
By liquidating sports shirt style SKU 1401 with 1000 pieces at a full retail price of $50 each, Gymshark places an advertising request to Shopify that before required $167K in cash to Facebook, Google, or Amazon. A requested blend using 100% inventory of style 1401, to target popular TikTok members with athletic interests, a determined 40% Cash-60% Goods is offered.

Net Benefits

Shopify becomes the most transparent, fair partner to stores in the industry, empowering them to sell-thru at full retail by migrating their cash and goods from other providers. Farex builds a bridge between stores and their best shopper prospects by maintaining product and consumer value, otherwise lost.

BENEFITS TO STORES:

  • Maintain full brand integrity, by eliminating the need to ever discount off retail price

  • Sell any inventory on-demand, driving faster inventory turnover, measurably.

  • Attract ideal consumers, unaware of your store, to become actual (purchasing) shoppers.

  • Gain exclusive, transparent daily access and store downloads from partners’ members.

  • Enjoy mass access to worldwide partner members, such as TikTok, once requiring Amazon and Facebook to reach millions.

  • Motivate a new demographic of shoppers to post popular media with product (partner site).

  • Discover top advocates/media, (i.e. TikTok sports views re GymShark) for campaigns.

  • Transform every dollar of unsold goods into immediate retail “sales”, buying marketing.

BENEFITs TO PARTNERS:

  • Access the only self-funding showcase/catalog of Shopify stores’ products to reward members, at no cost.

  • Motivate increased member value (i.e. TikTok “views”), with newsworthy compensation.

  • Use this “engagement compensation”/currency, to redeem/buy at Stores (via catalog).

  • Enable the industry’s highest rewards for Shopify ad engagement, and/or partner valued actions.

  • Create the potential of Shopify sharing cash earning, plus fully funded store products.

  • Grow membership and engagement by respecting and compensating member value.

BENEFITs TO SHOPPERS:

  • Gain control over one’s personal value to Stores for the very real impact a shopper creates.

  • Say “yes” to earn “Personal Engagement Credit” for degrees of willingness to engage.

  • Earn at distinct rates, as you get views, respond, go to stores/downloads, etc.

  • Discover uniquely targeted opportunities from your value, for premium store products.

  • Gain the best store opportunities, including 100% credit for goods, with value to stores.

    • (i.e. Confirmed Athletes from views, purchases, etc., get goods at GymShark exclusively offered first and/or at 100% “personal credit” vs 20/80 cash/credit%).

  • Partners’ members may benefit also from stores rewarding/using advocacy media.

BENEFITs TO SHOPIFY:

  • Create a new revenue source of newly migrated ad cash moved from Facebook, Amazon, etc.

  • Migrate sellers seeking a provider who concretely affects their integrity and growth.

  • Shopify gains an organically consumer-curated showcase/catalog for stores’ products.

  • Provide a more effective marketing system to stores than Facebook.

A 3-prong retail marketing system that unites liquidation/inventory + marketing access to members + value sharing/rewards, to enable one-click liquidation of inventories at full wholesale; the richest consumer rewards system to-date; and a transformative advertising exchange enabling dynamic cash+goods blend ad buying based on consumer interest…retail price based “product price integrity” protecting redemptions, primary.

Consumers transparently and granularly control their experience and the value they realize from their willing level of engagement and permitted use of their information/media; sellers find new value in reaching those consumers, with media and their products, while eliminating returns and buy-backs by migrating marketing resources (to Shopify).
